Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>Supports all phases of treasury operations particularly cash management, bank account administration, intercompany transactions and capital market operations of Bally's Corporation and its subsidiaries.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and analyze corporate's daily cash position and weekly global cash position, to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing or investments. Assists in the execution of daily cash management duties. </li><li>Pool cash from all secondary bank accounts when necessary </li><li>Lead and assist with Treasury projects and initiatives. </li><li>Assist in executing standby letters of credit, performance bonds or similar instruments. </li><li>Prepare weekly report on the global cash position. </li><li>Provides information in connection with external and internal audits and monitors cash management activities to ensure compliance. </li><li>Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation including SOX and FBAR related documentation. </li><li>Assist other departments (e.g., Financial Reporting, Corp Accounting, Audit) with quarter-end and ad hoc information requests as needed. </li><li>Act as Treasury's liaison with the company's business units in setting up new bank accounts, banking services, and handle banking inquiries and related matters. </li><li>Support finance and other functions as they related to Treasury transactions and entity structures </li><li>Perform any other special duties, projects or analyses as directed by the company </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of public company finance, treasury, and commercial/corporate banking </li><li>Role requires quantitative analysis to make quantitative solutions. </li><li>Problem solver that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of projects </li><li>Microsoft excel modelling experience and/or excel programming. </li><li>Familiarity with financial accounting and/or planning systems (Hyperion, Peoplesoft, MS Dynamic </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or equivalent </li><li>CTP is preferred but not required. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of direct treasury experience: cash management, banking, and other treasury activities </li></ul> <p>Target Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$70,000- $76,000 Annual Salary </li></ul> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
