<p>The Associate Program Director is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of clinical research programs. This role involves leading clinical programs from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate clinical trials within assigned programs, manage budgets, ensure compliance, lead cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders, facilitate project deliverables from startup to closeout, and drive program milestones.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee clinical research programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Coordinate clinical trials, managing budgets and ensuring compliance. </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate project deliverables from startup to closeout. </li><li>Serve as a liaison between key opinion leaders, CRO partners, vendors, regulatory bodies, internal study, and medical teams. </li><li>Facilitate timely communication and information exchange among stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure clinical studies are conducted in accordance with program timelines and budget. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in health sciences, nursing, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in clinical research operations. </li><li>MUST HAVE experience with Bioequivalence Clinical Studies </li><li>Experience in early and late-stage clinical trials. </li><li>Global experience in North America and Europe. </li><li>Experience in Dermatology programs/projects, particularly in atopic dermatitis. </li><li>PMP Certification preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>The position is based in North America, ideally on the East Coast, operating in the EST time zone. </li><li>Quarterly visits to the office are expected if residing outside the local area.
