<p>Otter Creek Golf Course is seeking part-time concession help in the Tin Cup Bar & Grille for the 2025 golf season.</p> <p>This position will begin in August and ends mid-November 2025. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available for both weekdays and weekends. </p> <p>This position pays $6.25 per hour + Tips.  No benefits.</p> <p>Under general direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Tin Cup Concession/Beverage Cart requires an individual to have great customer service skills and a positive attitude. Some food preparation required, and assisting in preparing the Tin Cup Bar & Grille for day to day operation. Also responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions using the Point of Sale System.</p> <p>All interested applicants should apply on-line at www.ankenyiowa.gov. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled.</p> <p>Application QR Code: </p> <ul> <li>Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area. </li><li>Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times. </li><li>Follow rules and regulations Food Sanitation laws. </li><li>Provide great customer service. </li><li>Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner. </li><li>Prepares and serves food and beverages. </li><li>Maintains a clean appearance, clean work uniform, and proper hygiene. </li><li>Cleans and maintains the concession area and equipment. </li><li>Fills products and display receptacles. </li><li>Provides customer assistance. </li><li>Ability to prepare and serve short order food and drink. </li><li>Ability to operate the appliances in the assigned area of work: dishwasher, hot dog roller, merchandise display warmer. </li><li>Ability to make change and operate a cash register. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with employees and the public. </li><li>Ability to understand written and oral instructions. </li><li>Knowledge of laws of Iowa Beverage Division, required to take online class in alcohol service. </li><li>Ability to drive a golf cart, valid Iowa driver's license required. </li><li>Must claim all cash and credit card tips on a daily basis. </li><li>Must be 18 years of age </li><li>Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays </li><li>Weekends are required </li><li>Pre-employment drug screening and background check required </li></ul>
