Join our dynamic, multi-national team and be a part of a company that simplifies and enhances financial opportunities using state-of-the-art technology.</p> <p>This is Hybrid role (3 days in office /2 days remote)</p> <p>About your Team:</p> <p>The buyer role reports into Global Category Leader and is responsible for supporting sourcing & procurement of approx. $25+ million of various Indirect categories through a systematic source to contract platform.</p> <p>What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the acquisition of third-party products and services, including IT category. </li><li>Support assigned sourcing projects ensuring successful completion, including market and total cost analysis, RFX process, negotiations, provide supplier selection recommendations, contract creation, and contract management. </li><li>Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. </li><li>Contribute to various cost savings and avoidance projects. </li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operations including, delivery expediting, re-routing, processing purchase orders and issue resolution. </li><li>Provide support for industry analyses, assess micro- and macro-economic factors and conduct financial analyses to identify industry opportunities and create strategies for risk mitigation. </li><li>Determine Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) during products and services evaluation. </li><li>Be comfortable in evaluating supplier capabilities, cost structure, risks, and performance etc. </li><li>Ability to review and redline contracts. </li><li>Perform other activities as assigned by the manager. </li></ul> <p>What required skill's you need:</p> <ul> <li>BS or BA in Purchasing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology or other business-related field </li><li>2-5 years' relevant sourcing & procurement experience </li><li>Negotiation, analytical and reporting skills </li><li>Experience in financial analysis with knowledge in cost modeling </li><li>Team player with the ability to work on cross-functional teams </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong computer skills and comfortable using Source to Contract (S2C) solutions like GEP </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, legal, procurement, finance and other departments as needed to accomplish daily tasks and issues. </li></ul> <p>To be successful in this position, you will have the following:</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision. </li><li>Superb analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills. </li><li>Outstanding organizational and time management skills. </li></ul> <p>Company Benefits & Perks</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary, annual performance-based bonus and stock grant </li><li>Retirement plan 401(k) with competitive company match </li><li>Excellent health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
