<p>Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Finance and Accounting Coordinator with our client in Minneapolis, MN.</p> <p>Our Client is seeking a Finance and Accounting Coordinator with deep expertise in Workday Financials, specifically the Banking and Settlement module. This role will lead key initiatives to automate and streamline cash management processes, including integration of global banking formats (MT940, CamT.053, BAI2). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial systems integration, treasury processes, and Workday configuration. Preference is given to candidates with exposure to Workday Customer and Supplier modules and Workday Prism.</p> <p>Top 3 Requirements:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Expert-level experience with Workday Banking and Settlement, including integrations (MUST HAVE)</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding or experience with Workday Customer and Supplier modules (Preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure or experience with Workday Prism (Preferred)</p> </li></ol> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead automation of MT940 and BAI2 bank statement ingestion into Workday, including Managed File Transfer (MFT) setup and connector configuration </li><li>Design and implement conversion logic from MT940 to CamT.053 format </li><li>Enhance BAI2 rule sets and ensure accurate mapping and reconciliation of bank statements </li><li>Collaborate with Treasury and Technology teams to define file formats and integration touchpoints across systems </li><li>Develop Workday reports to monitor integration status, track errors, and support audit readiness </li><li>Configure and deploy the Workday Banking and Settlement module, including ISO 20022 (CamT) enablement </li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with Workday Support for resolution </li><li>Support change management efforts including documentation, training, and stakeholder communication </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems </li><li>5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, including 2+ years in the Banking and Settlement module </li><li>Proven experience with MT940, CamT.053, and BAI2 formats </li><li>Strong understanding of financial operations including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Reconciliation </li><li>Experience with Workday integrations, including MFT and ETL pipelines </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex system-related issues </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Workday Customer and Supplier modules </li><li>Exposure to Workday Prism </li><li>Familiarity with ISO 20022 standards and global banking formats </li><li>Understanding of Workday MT Messaging Configuration and Integration Maps </li><li>Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams </li></ul> <p>The base hourly range for this contract position is $40-$70 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.
