Perform basic reconciliation of finished product. Document operational data and monitor processing. Typical hours for this role will be from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM; 2-2-3 rotation, with overtime as required.</p> <p>A Day in the Life:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Apply packaging and/or inspection equipment to pack containers of products according to approved departmental Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), SOMs, and PWOs. Ensure all in-process and completed work is accurately done.</p> </li><li> <p>Purge lines of components before and after packaging operations begin. Supply and service line with packaging components specified on the packaging work order.</p> </li><li> <p>Examine product visually for accurate physical quality (i.e., accurately filled, sealed, labeled, etc.) and report any irregularities observed during the packaging process to lead or supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform equipment cleaning.</p> </li><li> <p>Safely operate mobile equipment, store and transport required materials to accurate areas for use.</p> </li><li> <p>Check receipt of packaging components or delivery of finished stock for quality, quantity, and agreement with packaging work order.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete all required documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate personal hygiene as required by Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate punctuality and sense of responsibility through adherence to attendance guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required: No previous work experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Basic computer knowledge.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass Reading Comprehension and Operative/Craft Test.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have or be able to acquire a mobile equipment operating license.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and multi-task.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding attention to detail.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements / Work Environment</p> <p>Job requires regular movement within office, including standing, walking, bending, lifting 20-50 pounds.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Competitive Pay</p> <p>Performance Related Bonus where eligible</p> <p>Annual merit performance-based increase</p> <p>Excellent Benefits</p> <p>Medical benefits</p> <p>Paid Time Off/Annual Leave</p> <p>Employee Referral Bonus</p> <p>Career Advancement Opportunities</p>
