<p>LPN or RN Charge Nurse 7a-3p</p> <p>Introduction:</p> <p>We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
