<p>Senior Financial Analyst</p> <p>RELATIONSHIP & SCOPE</p> <p>The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and is a pivotal team member of the unit responsible for preparation of quarterly SEC filings and consolidated financial reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will interact with a diverse group of internal personnel including other financial analysts, divisional leadership, and functional staff to interpret financial data and operational performance.</p> <p>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of all 10-Q/K SEC filings including financial statements, footnotes, disclosures and supporting documentation </li><li>Be accountable for various analytical and reporting responsibilities that include the ability to work within finance and other departments </li><li>Recognize, research, and resolve SEC reporting and general accounting issues </li><li>Analyze technical accounting topics and propose conclusions </li><li>Assist in XBRL reporting for all SEC filings, which includes researching tags and staying up to date with taxonomy updates </li><li>Assist with the implementation of FASB projects and standards </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance </li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required, with Big 4 experience preferred </li><li>CPA designation preferred </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Excellent computer skills with an ability to learn accounting software </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines </li><li>Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment </li><li>Microsoft Word and Excel experience required </li><li>Mindset for process improvement and efficiency </li><li>Proven problem-solving and analytical skills </li></ul> <p>Required Personal Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Team player with customer service orientation </li><li>Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor </li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills </li><li>Proven leadership experience in an academic or business setting </li><li>Enthusiastic self-starter </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality work </li><li>Demonstrates integrity and dedication </li></ul>
