<p>Brady Corporation is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Engraving Solutions business, which sells through our Brady and Gravotech brands. This is a high impact position requiring a proven track record in capital equipment sales and a passion for technical solutions to cultivate and grow long term relationships with industrial manufacturing customers and channel partners within the West Coast region. We are looking for a strategic sales professional who thrives on independence and is energized by face-to-face customer engagement. As the primary driving force behind our West Coast growth, this role will strategically engage with key decision-makers to capture market share and foster long-term loyalty.</p> <p>This is a remote position based in the West Coast region (CA, NV, UT, AZ, etc.).</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting both existing accounts and high-potential new business to maximize regional volume. </li><li>Perform high-impact product demonstrations and face-to-face consultations to solve customer needs. </li><li>Continuously prospect for new opportunities within the industrial manufacturing market, focusing on signage, graphics, and personalization applications. </li><li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and vendor partners. </li><li>Represent the brand at virtual and in-person conferences, national sales meetings and tradeshows. </li><li>Regularly visit customer facilities to interact directly to maintain relationships and brand presence. </li></ul> <p>#LI-EA1</p>
