<p>JobID: 210732146</p> <p>Category: Analysts</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-04-03T15:48:38+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: New York,NY $110,000.00-$110,000.00</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our industry-leading Investment Grade Finance ("IGF") team on the Investment Grade Private Credit ("IGPC") desk.</p> <p>As an Analyst on the IGPC desk, you will function as a fully integrated team member, in a flat structure that allows for direct client interaction and working directly with MDs, EDs and VPs. You will be an integral part of the broader IGF team where team members rely on the Analyst to drive processes including deal executions and pitching.</p> <p>The IGPC team is responsible for originating, structuring, executing and syndicating 4(a)(2) private placements. J.P. Morgan is a leader in both the IGPC and broader IGF markets, leading offerings for clients across industries and geographies. We address both broad corporate finance topics as well as detailed execution advice for our clients.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor global rate and credit market dynamics and how they affect our clients' debt portfolios and funding decisions </li><li>Analyze market data, investment grade deal flow and thematic events to provide information to internal teams and external clients </li><li>Prepare client pitches that address capital needs </li><li>Participate in the structuring and marketing of 4(a)(2) private placement executions </li><li>Coordinate with investment banking coverage, interest rate/FX risk management to provide clients with holistic corporate finance and capital structure solutions </li><li>Develop industry specific knowledge of the client base and awareness of key decision makers (i.e. CFOs, Treasurers, Capital Markets Directors) </li><li>Maintain direct dialogue with client coverage officers and debt and equity partners </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :</p> <ul> <li>Excellent accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills </li><li>Familiarity with the banking regulatory landscape and key trends </li><li>Impeccable communication skills with ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business </li><li>Comfortable working in a high pressure environment, possessing superior organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task across various deliverables </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Investment banking experience or the equivalent, including 'Big 4' Professional Services Firms (e.g. Ernst & Young, PwC) within Transaction/Tax Advisory and Diligence; Financial Services Advisory; or Audit Services </li><li>SIE, Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 qualifications </li></ul>
