Ensure that the quality policy program is understood, implemented and maintained at all times. </li><li>Productivity - Organize schedule in a manner such that higher priority projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ensure completion of all assigned tasks according to company and department stated TAT's. </li><li>Innovation - Active involvement with process improvement initiatives </li><li>Teamwork - Foster teamwork internally and with technical groups to increase overall quality. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma. </li><li>Moderate PC skills and experience. </li><li>Professional in written word, spoken word and actions. </li><li>Basic understanding of electronics, engineering and/or physics. </li><li>Basic experience working with tools and basic diagnostic equipment or ability to learn. </li><li>Good dexterity, logical thinking, time management and communications skills. </li><li>Team player, willingness to learn, ability to learn GMP concepts and work practices. </li><li>Good work habits (e.g. organization, efficiency, safety conscious, accuracy). </li><li>Ability to learn new hardware and software systems through hands on training and procedures. </li><li>Ability to build upon troubleshooting skills beginning with basic instrumentation. </li><li>Reading comprehension, problem-solving skills, ability to work under stressful conditions, maturity, and ability to follow directions. </li><li>Ability to work as a part of a team and independently as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Additional Preferences:</p> <ul> <li>Coursework in science and/or electronics. </li><li>Strong PC skills and experience. </li><li>Experience working with tools, electronics and/or diagnostic equipment. </li><li>1 year of experience in a regulated and/or GMP environment. </li><li>1 year of experience in a laboratory environment. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Position is Full-Time On-Site, Second Shift M-F 2pm-10pm.
