You will work independently according to provided procedures to help teams focus on executing programs and projects in an Agile manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Perform Assembly Operations: Assemble finished systems, solutions, and parts for clients, following established procedures and guidelines. • Manage Inventory and Logistics: Receive and manage inventory of parts from logistics providers, ensuring accurate tracking and storage. • Operate Equipment and Systems: Operate equipment and control systems, such as SAP, to support manufacturing line logistics and clean room operations. • Support Agile Project Execution: Assist teams in executing programs and projects in an Agile manner, aligning with the organization's strategy and goals. • Maintain Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing operations.</p> <p>Required education</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED</p> <p>Required technical and professional expertise</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to Manufacturing Operations: Familiarity with end-to-end manufacturing operations, including assembly, production, packaging, shipping, and returns. • Experience working with Equipment Operation: Knowledge of operating equipment and control systems, such as SAP, to support manufacturing line logistics and clean room operations. • Exposure to Inventory Management: Understanding of receiving and managing inventory of parts from logistics providers, ensuring accurate tracking and storage. • Experience working with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with executing programs and projects in an Agile manner, aligning with the organization's strategy and goals. • Exposure to Safety Protocols: Awareness of safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing operations. </li></ul> <p>Preferred technical and professional experience</p> <ul> <li>LEAN Practices Knowledge: Familiarity with LEAN practices to drive transformation in manufacturing operations. Understanding of how to apply LEAN principles to improve efficiency and productivity. • DESIGN THINKING Exposure: Exposure to DESIGN THINKING practices to drive innovation and transformation in manufacturing operations. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.</p>
