This position will be responsible for admissions in KS.</p> <p>We are locally owned and operated and believe in a culture of work/life balance. You can also get a discount at Rasmussen College to further your education!</p> <p>Hospice Admissions Nurse Essential Functions:</p> <p>The Admission Nurse facilitates the evaluation and admission of patients to hospice services in alignment with hospice philosophy, mission, goals and objectives. The Admission Nurse is responsible for performing an initial comprehensive nursing assessment and communicating with the Hospice Medical Director using the applicable Local Coverage Determinations.
