Accolades include: National ranking in 1 Adult Specialty and 4 Children's Specialties Regional ranking: #7 in Florida, #2 in Orlando, and #3 in Florida (Children's Specialties) High performance in 3 Adult Specialties and 12 Procedures/Conditions Position Summary The Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II is responsible for coordinating and assisting with daily operations, including inventory management and control of perpetual and par locations. Essential Functions Identify excess inventory, return stock, and process credits; notify supervisor of outdates or slow-moving inventory. Notify Supply Chain Operations Lead or Supervisor of issues impacting operational efficiency. Rotate dated stock and maintain working stock levels in par locations, procedural rooms, and the Central Supply warehouse. Use hand-held devices to inventory supply locations. Create and manage bin locations and labels, as required. Respond to customer requests with Orlando Health's commitment to excellence in service. Expedite correction of discrepant orders with the purchasing department. Report discrepancy volume and fluctuations; initiate and assist with process improvements. Maintain warehouse and par locations with accurate replenishments, organization, labeling systems, and periodic evaluations/adjustments. Education/Training High school diploma or GED equivalent required Basic computer skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred Licensure/Certification Valid driver's license required Experience Two (2) years of related warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience required An Associate's degree may substitute for two (2) years of required experience Ready to Advance Your Career?
