<p>Job Description</p> <p>Saint Luke's South seeking a part time Patient Transporter to join our team. Through manual or computerized job assignments, the Service Associate functions as a Patient Transporter who will move patients by wheel chair or car throughout the hospital for various reasons.</p> <p>Shift Details:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Shift Details:</p> </li><li> <p>Evening shifts</p> </li><li> <p>26 hours a week</p> </li><li> <p>Tu 1600p-2000,Wed 1330-2000 Sat & Sun 0800-1630</p> </li><li> <p>Weekend and Holiday rotation</p> </li></ul> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Utilizes infection prevention techniques patient transfer techniques and knowledge of appropriate routes to assure patients are safely and efficiently moved</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication with the nursing clinical staff is required</p> </li><li> <p>Recognizes when they need to ask for help or continued guidance</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains and protects the integrity of patient's tubes lines and collection devices</p> </li><li> <p>Will also move patient valuables and equipment</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Applicable Experience:</p> <p>Less than 1 year</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>Part Time</p> <p>Swing (United States of America)</p> <p>The best place to get care.
