<p>An Architecture and Engineering firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with PMs, junior architects, engineers, and designers to develop drawings and designs </li><li>Produce full construction document sets on a variety of projects from Conceptual Design to CA while applying architectural concepts and designs </li><li>Will be leading a team of two to three architectural designers </li><li>Will be doing code research and analysis </li><li>May assist with interior development for certain clients </li><li>Coordinating with Project Managers to work on scheduling, forecasting deadlines/projects, etc. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Architecture </li><li>Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD </li><li>7+ years of experience working at an architecture firm </li><li>Ability to produce full CD sets with little to no guidance </li><li>Experience working on prototypical and multi-site commercial projects is highly preferred </li><li>Licensure is preferred </li><li>Experience working on quick turnaround projects </li><li>Experience managing projects and teams </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
