This role partners closely with Finance and business leaders to deliver clear insights, drive informed decision-making, and support expense optimization initiatives through strong analytical rigor and executive-level storytelling.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead consolidated monthly P&C expense analysis, including preparation of executive reporting and quarterly forecast materials. </li><li>Develop and maintain analytical tools and expense history views to identify trends, risks, and key expense drivers. </li><li>Design and support a standardized framework for expense reduction goals, including fixed cost targets and variable unit-cost metrics. </li><li>Maintain P&C expense Risks & Opportunities (R&O) to ensure visibility, accountability, and governance. </li><li>Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>Core Skills & Capabilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and interpret complex expense data. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience telling a clear "story" to leadership. </li><li>Ability to influence and partner across a matrixed organization and support enterprise-level decision-making. </li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li></ul> <p>This role does not qualify for employer sponsored work authorization.
