Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Performs building repairs. Identifies proper tools for tasks and consults with appropriate personnel, as needed. Ensures materials are readily available. Completes preventive maintenance tasks and work orders in a timely manner and according to protocol. Utilizes and completes computer-based work order software with demonstrated knowledge. Visits assigned areas daily to solicit customer feedback. Conducts walkthroughs in assigned areas to observe and correct repairs.
