<p>Job Description</p> <p>First Article Inspection (FAI) Quality Auditing Senior Analyst/Specialist</p> <p>Location: Nashville, TN</p> <p>The FAI Quality Senior Analyst/Specialist is responsible for reviewing and delivering First Article Inspection (FAI) package reviews as per AS9102 and client requirements. Additional responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Tracking metrics on a daily and weekly basis to status progress on the FAI package workload.</p> </li><li> <p>Working closely with the client FAI team to address questions, submit drawing findings, and accurately structure FAI packages.</p> </li><li> <p>Performing process quality document assessments for verification of First Article Inspection (FAI) assessments per AS9102 for verification of customer requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Workflow Coordination.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting metrics tracking on a continual basis to meet the increasing FAI load throughout the year. Maintaining client metrics reporting tools updated.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting thorough and timely FAI reviews to closure and provide performance metrics to support necessary process improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with the team lead to conduct and drive effective problem solving.</p> </li><li> <p>Updating and maintaining various systems/tools per standard process documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Auditing own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.</p> </li><li> <p>Responding to client requests for information, as needed. Escalate to lead, as appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirement</p> <p>Must be a US Citizen</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of First Article Inspection experience -OR- minimum of 2 years experience in the manufacturing industry, engineering, or finance/accounting </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Engineering degree</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the Aerospace industry</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of AS9102 standard</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Drawings proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Supplier Performance Management (PM) within manufacturing operations</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
