<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Engineering Technician</p> <p>North Haven, CT United States | req24284 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>Your role will work closely with the Quality and Engineering organizations to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and achieve acceptable first past yield </li><li>You will support the creation of documentation necessary for new applications, including Job Instructions (JI's), Job Routers, Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), standard operating procedures, etc </li><li>The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing the reason for equipment failure and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts </li><li>You will be expected to participate in reliability related incident investigations; prioritizes action items, and follows-up on their implementation </li><li>This role will collaborate with Engineering to resolve tooling related quality issues and oversees storage upkeeping </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, a bachelor's degree is preferred </li><li>3+ years of experience in manufacturing is required </li><li>Candidate must have effective project management skills with the ability to complete multiple projects independently </li><li>Similarly, the candidate must have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment </li><li>Must be reliable to achieve assigned duties in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
