We are working together to make businesses safer, more sustainable and more productive.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>The Financial Analyst is responsible for driving finance-driven processes specific to the IMI manufacturing environment, to include budgeting/planning, internal controls and ad hoc projects.</p> <p>Work Environment: Position based in Denver, CO. Hybrid (Onsite 2 - 3 days/week).</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for daily management, maintenance and reporting of sales and orders for the Americas region. </li><li>Responsible for preparing and populating the monthly actuals for IA Americas, as well as entering the data into the IMI reporting tool. </li><li>Act as lead for validating proper data entry by Americas sites for weekly/monthly/quarterly submissions into the IMI Reporting tool. </li><li>Responsible for various month end reconciliations. </li><li>Consolidate and issue the monthly Sales and Profit flashes to IA Americas. </li><li>Support in compiling the IA Americas reporting package for distribution to senior management. </li><li>Responsible for preparing and distributing various weekly and monthly reports to all departments both internal and external. </li><li>Responsible for developing/creating reports with the aim of improving management insight into the business. This will cover various aspects of sales such as product, customer, sector, geography etc. </li><li>Proactively assist the Finance Manager with various items that support the monthly variance analysis process. </li><li>Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, assist with the development of the various forecast and budget presentation packages. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Critical Competencies for Success</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance from four-year College or University is required </li><li>2-5 year of experience with budgeting, forecasting, accounting and/or financial reporting. </li><li>Familiar with a variety of accounting concepts and practices. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. </li><li>Detail oriented with proven accuracy. Ability to work with confidential data; discretion is a must. </li><li>Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with a persistence to resolve issues and/or provide options for solutions. </li><li>Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite with particular emphasis placed on proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, nested formulas, etc.) and Access. </li><li>Experience with JDE, Oracle, SAP or similar platform applications (and associated implementations) preferred. </li><li>Experience with COGNOS, Hyperion or similar financial consolidating and reporting systems. </li></ul> <p>Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000</p> <p>Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements.
