<p>In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day and we need you on the Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) Learning team as an?Inventory and Asset Technical Trainer.</p> <p>As a CO+I Learning Inventory and Asset Management Technical Trainer you will contribute to establishing technical training delivery, workforce training needs analysis, and engaging with your team in procedural change management activities in support of the datacenters in your area of responsibility. You will leverage technical and adult learning fundamentals as you evaluate and report on training activities in the datacenters and develop your own skills while coaching your learners in their own career growth. Location is on-site in the datacenter with limited work from home opportunities.</p> <p>Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation is the engine that powers our cloud services. As an IAM Technical Trainer you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p> <p>In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively?impact?our culture every day.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>OR equivalent experience in logistics operations and training delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years' experience professionally leading Technical Trainings such as formal instruction, peer-training, and/or On Job Training (OJT) facilitation.</p> </li></ul> <p>Background Check Requirements:</p> <p>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience in logistics systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), inventory control, and operational workflows. </li><li>2+ years of experience in delivering training programs, workforce development, or project management. </li><li>Analytical and written communication skills for reporting training outcomes and operational feedback. </li><li>Expertise in operational planning and project execution with a results-oriented mindset. </li></ul> <p>Technical Training IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.</p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
