You will leverage technical and adult learning fundamentals as you evaluate and report on training activities in the datacenters and develop your own skills while coaching your learners in their own career growth. As an IAM Technical Trainer you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of hands-on experience in logistics systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), inventory control, and operational workflows. </li><li>2+ years of experience in delivering training programs, workforce development, or project management. </li><li>Analytical and written communication skills for reporting training outcomes and operational feedback. </li><li>Expertise in operational planning and project execution with a results-oriented mindset. </li></ul> <p>Technical Training IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.</p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
