Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for independently performing test work during highly complex audit activities for Lines of Business (LOBs).</p> </li><li> <p>Independently designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, and establishing business partner relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluating the control environment, fostering an inclusive work environment, applying product, business, and technical expertise, and supporting team members with development.</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical Thinking, Attention to detail, critical thinking and excellent written communications</p> </li></ul> <p>Client requires people to work onsite 60% (3 days) and 40% remotely (2 days) per week. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years working exp.</p> </li><li> <p>Software Testing related projects</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years of test execution</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of test automation</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of experience using Jira to track test results</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Technical Test Execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in End-to-End Testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant related skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Advanced Automated Testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced System Defect Management.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Testing Process and Quality Improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Testing Strategies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
