Do you love developing leaders, partnering with parents, and building something that lasts beyond a program? Our mission is to connect people to Jesus and one another-and that includes the next generation.</p> <p>We value:</p> <ul> <li>Connection over production (John 15:5) </li><li>Risk & adventure over safety & comfort (John 3:8) </li><li>Innovation over tradition (Luke 5:19) </li><li>Personal engagement over attendance (Luke 9:62) </li><li>Expressive worship over religious ritual (Luke 7:38) </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p> <ul> <li>Lead the student team-staff and volunteers-at your campus </li><li>Recruit, equip, and shepherd leaders who disciple students </li><li>Preach and teach in ways that are biblically faithful and culturally relevant </li><li>Use central resources to free up time for ministry-not just management </li><li>Create space for parent partnership and engage with your local community </li><li>Integrate campus ministry with church-wide vision and collaboration </li><li>Pastor, shepherd, and disciple the hearts and minds of students, leaders, and staff </li><li>Participate in weekend services through things like baptisms, announcements, or communion. </li></ul> <p>WHO YOU ARE</p> <ul> <li>You live in Nelson County Kentucky or will relocate in your first year of employment </li><li>A team-builder with a collaborative heart </li><li>A clear communicator who is passionate about the gospel </li><li>Grounded in Scripture and engaged in local community </li><li>Able to lead students and leaders through both clarity and change </li><li>2-3 years of experience in student ministry or a residency program </li><li>Holds a bachelor's degree </li><li>Supports our Statement of Faith and lives out the Mantras of our church. </li><li>Is or is willing to become a member of Southeast Christian Church </li><li>Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.
