Responsible for the successful execution of planning processes that balance demand and supply resources and align plans to business objectives. Enables business leaders to make decisions that help realign execution with strategy in an ever-changing environment. Supports the organization to make better decisions and balance service, cost, inventory, sustainability, and risk. The GSP manager develops and maintains professional relationships with other functions, such as manufacturing, logistics, procurement, external contract manufacturing, commercial and finance to reconcile top-down financial plans with the bottom-up operational plans. This role involves developing team members by empowering them to excel and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Directly manage a small team comprised of short-term, and/or end-to-end planners responsible for GSP for AbbVie brands.
