<p>Job Title: RNFA</p> <p>Location: Cooperman Barnabas Medical Ctr</p> <p>Department Name: Operating Room</p> <p>Req #: 0000224902</p> <p>Status: Salaried</p> <p>Shift: Day</p> <p>Pay Range: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year</p> <p>Pay Transparency:</p> <p>The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.</p> <p>The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.</p> <p>Section II: Summary of Job Function</p> <p>Assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in the Perioperative care of the patient undergoing a surgical experience</p> <p>The RNFA/NP uses the nursing process in the formulation of the plan of care</p> <p>The RNFA functions within the policies and guidelines established by the facility and reports directly to the OR Leadership</p> <p>The RNFA is an expanded role of the registered nurse/APN and is accountable for exemplifying leadership and professionalism in the implementation of the role</p> <p>Section III: Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure</p> <p>Licensed Registered Nurse and Advance Practice Nurse in the state or New Jersey License required</p> <p>Masters prepared in Nursing from an accredited program</p> <p>BLS and ACLS certification required</p> <p>RNFA completion or enrolled in a RNFA program upon hire</p> <p>1-2 years of recent adult or acute care with OR experience</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to establish positive, collaborative relationships with physicians, managers and hospital staff is essential</p> <p>Well developed ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>RWJBarnabas Health is the most comprehensive health care delivery system in New Jersey, with a service area covering five million people.
