<p>Description</p> <p>Advanced Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry (Crystal Lake, IL) & Advanced Family Dental Spa (Carpentersville, IL) are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Hygiene Assistant to join our team! As a Hygiene Assistant, you will work closely with our Hygienists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and patient satisfaction for our patients. The Hygiene Assistant will be responsible for supporting the dental hygiene team in providing excellent patient care and maintaining a clean, sterile, and organized environment.</p> <ul> <li>Coronal Polishing certificate is MANDATORY to be considered for this position. </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental hygiene procedures, including setting up equipment, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort. </li><li>Follow safety policies and procedures through OSHA compliance and BBP. </li><li>Responsible for polishing and flossing the patient after they have been scaled by the hygienist, you will then assist in patient education by explaining oral hygiene instructions and post-procedure care as directed by the dental hygienist or dentist. </li><li>Responsible for taking dental radiographs, making sure they are diagnostic and ensuring that all safety measures are followed. </li><li>Maintain and monitor dental supplies, restock treatment rooms, and inform the office manager when supplies need to be replenished. </li><li>Accurately record patient information and treatment details in Denticon. </li><li>Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, waiting rooms, and common areas, including disinfection of surfaces and equipment. </li><li>Adhere to all regulatory guidelines of HIPAA, to ensure a compliant working environment. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Mon 11 AM - 7 PM Crystal Lake </li><li>Tues 10 AM - 6 PM Carpentersville </li><li>Wed 8 AM - 3 PM Carpentersville (OFF when working Saturday) </li><li>Thur 8 AM - 5 PM Crystal Lake </li><li>Fri 8 AM - 1 PM Carpentersville </li><li>1 Sat per mo 8 AM - 2 PM Carpentersville </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$16-24 per hour </li></ul> <p>Bright Direction Dental is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of our employees.
