<p>Your career at Deutsche Börse Group\n\n</p> <p>Your area of work:</p> <p>Clearstream/Deutsche Boerse Group is a financial industry leader trusted by the world's biggest banks and financial institutions in 110 countries, part of Deutsche Boerse Group a stable, international group shaping the future of finance.</p> <p>Our HR team ensures to deliver the People strategy to attract and retain talents.</p> <p>Join our HR team as an Intern (f/m/d) and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative and international environment.</p> <p>Your responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the HR Director and HR Business Partner team in the implementation of People strategy employee engagement initiatives with a primary focus on the Equal opportunities & Inclusion roadmap, while also contributing to other programs such as wellbeing, employee recognition. </li><li>Provide administrative and operational support , including organizing meetings, drafting minutes, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring progress on key deliverables. </li><li>Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in HR meetings to gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to team objectives. </li><li>Assist the HR Director on ad hoc tasks </li></ul> <p>Your profile:</p> <ul> <li>You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months. </li><li>You have initial experience (0-1 year) in Human Resources, ideally through an internship, student job, or academic project. </li><li>Basic knowledge in project management is an advantage. </li><li>You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people. </li><li>You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. </li><li>You have a hands-on attitude, motivated to take initiative and continuously learn and grow. </li><li>You are confident in using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint) is a plus. </li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset. </li></ul>
