Are you one of them?</p> <p>Your Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Collect, analyze, compile, and report on SAP Concur expense report submissions for the KHS USA organization. </li><li>Communications clearly with managers and employees on timely submissions and approvals. </li><li>Confidently ensure accurate coding of all incoming reports, including appropriate cost center and expense type. </li><li>Summarize the monthly details, record and post (when approved) into SAP. </li><li>Download, review, and reconcile various general ledger accounts in Excel format (as assigned). </li><li>Make approved journal entries into the SAP system. </li><li>Assist with closing activities. </li><li>Such as accrual and prepaid reconciliations (as identified) for month-end and year-end close. </li><li>Assist with the other various research and resolve of expense spending. </li><li>Support and assist with process improvements including the development of accounting SOPs. </li><li>Assist with other various related projects as identified and assigned. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>An associate degree in accounting (required) or bachelor's degree (preferred). </li><li>3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred). </li><li>Proficient with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications, ie.
