You'll also deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every visitor feels relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during their wellness experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare treatment rooms and spa areas for guest arrivals by cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and replacing linens</p> </li><li> <p>Warmly greet guests and members, offering information and directions as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Guide guests on where to change and prepare for their treatments and experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Keep locker rooms, including showers and vanities, clean, safe, and sanitary</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain guest lounge and deck areas in pristine condition</p> </li><li> <p>Support cleanliness and upkeep of the spa café outlet as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guest lockers</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with regular product inventory counts</p> </li><li> <p>Lead informative tours of the spa and its facilities</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be at least 18 years old</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift, carry, and hold weights between 31-40 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evening shifts</p> </li></ul> <p>End of Job Description</p> <p>#IND123</p>
