External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>As a GMP Warehouse Operator 2 at our Cherokee site, you will play a vital role in the receipt of all incoming materials, supplies, equipment as well as the fulfillment of internal customer orders through the activities of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of Life Science materials. Specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Receiving materials, products, and equipment, and storing them in the warehouse in an organized manner in accordance with process procedures </li><li>Audit inventory locations to maintain inventory and location accuracy. </li><li>Contribute to the commitment to quality and safety through effective warehouse operations. </li><li>Consolidates, straightens, and maintains warehouse areas. </li><li>Works with team leads and supervisors to troubleshoot issues. </li><li>Reports unsafe or potentially unsafe hazards to team lead/supervisor and in CR360 </li><li>Unload trailer using power equipment, verify freight and sign bill of lading </li><li>Sort, inspect and receive in the appropriate SAP system </li><li>Put product away using RF scanner or computer system </li><li>Resolve Product issues with Procurement </li></ul> <p>Shift hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday thru Friday</p> <p>Physical Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Wear PPE such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and gloves </li><li>Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds unassisted & move more than 50 pounds with assistance </li><li>Operating powered industrial equipment, </li><li>Ability stand and move for extended periods </li><li>Work at times in extreme climates (high/low temperatures) </li><li>Climb stairs, ladders and walk long distances during the workday </li><li>Move and handle heavy objects with appropriate equipment </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Dipolma or GED </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in warehouse </li><li>Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory compliance </li><li>Detail-oriented and excel in managing documentation and compliance </li><li>Strong professional communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, both orally and written </li><li>Proficient in inventory management systems SAP </li><li>Dangerous Goods Shipping Certification </li><li>The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and can work independently </li><li>The ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities </li><li>Proficiency with computers, scanners </li><li>The ability to contribute to a culture of safety and compliance in the workplace </li><li>Powered Industrial Equipment certification </li><li>Organizational skills </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills </li></ul> <p>What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
