We provide:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1 </li><li>Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs </li><li>Family-focused benefits </li><li>Wellness incentives </li></ul> <p>Ongoing mentorship, development, leadership programs...and more!</p> <p>Description</p> <p>REQUIREMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Transports patients, records, specimens and equipment to designated areas throughout the organization. </li><li>Responds immediately to emergency patient situations; initiates emergency life-saving techniques such as CPR and crisis management. </li><li>Works regularly with patients, providers, nursing teams on hospital units, imaging services technologists and nurses and is a critical component to ensuring patients have a positive experience with Emory Healthcare. </li><li>May operate patient stretcher lifts; observes policies and procedures related to their safe operation. </li><li>Secures personal property from theft or loss; maintains confidentiality of records and information. </li><li>Individuals in Radiology are required to complete MRI Safety training and follow safety measures when transporting patients to and from MRI, and use MRI compatible equipment. </li><li>Must complete additional training upon hiring as related to appropriate PPE use, patient moving techniques, patient equipment care training for telemetry boxes, IV pumps, oxygen tanks and more. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Some areas will prefer BLS certification upon hiring. Others will provide training post hire.
