Our residency program is a unique experience to jumpstart your career, knowing and anticipating your needs and challenges in your first year of nursing practice. Apply today to connect with our nursing recruiter and explore available opportunities.</p> <p>Requirements Prior to Interviewing:</p> <ul> <li>2 Letters of Recommendation, with at least one being from a clinical instructor. </li><li>Letter of Intent </li></ul> <p>Education - Graduate from an approved nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.</p> <p>Experience - One year experience in relevant specialty preferred. Current BLS (CPR) in compliance with policy.</p> <p>Licensure/Certification - Current license to practice in the State of Maryland. For Meritus Home Health only: Must provide own transportation. Current, valid driver's license, car insurance, and access to a vehicle is required. Vehicle maintenance is the employee's responsibility.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Ability to apply the standards of professional nursing practice with compassion and empathy. Basic computer skills required.
