<p>Introduction:</p> <ul> <li>HGreg.com is currently searching for a self-driven, organized, and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a sale. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Complete 50+ post-visit calls, texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicle</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule be-back visits and document in HGreg's CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactions</p> </li><li> <p>Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize HGreg's Sales Process when interacting with customers</p> </li><li> <p>Share HGreg's Concept Statement and educate all customers on our Core Values</p> </li><li> <p>Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features</p> </li><li> <p>Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month</p> </li><li> <p>Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management</p> </li><li> <p>Turn 100% of closed deals to finance, along with properly completed paperwork</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Previous automotive sales and/or BDC experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail</p> </li></ul> <p>Attributes:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Self-motivated and proactive</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent time management and multitasking abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-125,000+/yr depending on success, plus benefits including Medical, Dental and 401K. </li></ul> <p>How to Apply:</p> <ul> <li> <p>If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who is self-motivated with automotive industry experience, we encourage you to apply for the VIP Automotive Sales Leader position at HGreg.com.
