<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Saint Louis, MO.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead coordination of the system build phase, including reporting development, carve-out activities, and S/4 configuration aligned to the Aurora CORE template </li><li>Partner with Global Technology, Data, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are translated into system functionality and integrations </li><li>Serve as the key connector between Global Aurora leadership, Zone PMO, and local Canadian brewery teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment </li><li>Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders while reinforcing adoption of CORE-aligned processes </li><li>Tools & Platforms: SAP S/4 HANA & ECC, SAP Signavio & Azure DevOps </li></ul> <p>Testing Strategy & Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Own the planning and coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across functional and technical teams </li><li>Track testing progress, manage defect resolution, and ensure business validation of processes prior to go-live </li></ul> <p>Cutover & Go-Live Readiness:</p> <ul> <li>Lead development and execution of the cutover strategy and detailed deployment plan, including coordination of data migration rehearsals and go-live readiness checkpoints </li><li>Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure a successful system launch </li></ul> <p>Hypercare & Stabilization:</p> <ul> <li>Lead hypercare planning and execution following go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and stabilize operations </li><li>Monitor post-go-live performance and support the transition from hypercare to steady-state operations* Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field </li><li>Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, SAP S/4 HANA programs, or large-scale enterprise system transformations </li><li>Demonstrated experience leading testing (SIT/UAT), cutover execution, and go-live support within complex programs </li><li>Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and global program leadership </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities </li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve issues in a fast-paced transformation environment </li><li>Must be willing and able to travel extensively across Canada (50-70%) during the implementation phase </li></ul>
