<p>Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM</p> <p>Pay: $17/hour</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>We're looking for a people-centric, self-starting part time Employee Experience Coordinator to support First Orion's People Team. This role plays a hands-on, highly visible part in creating a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our team members. If you have an interest in hospitality, customer service, or employee experience, this is an excellent entry point into People Operations.</p> <p>This role is physical and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys being active, helping others, and creating meaningful moments throughout the workday.</p> <p>Duration</p> <p>This is a seasonal, part-time role running March-August. Extensions may be considered based on organizational needs, budget availability, strong performance, and fit.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <p>Daily Experience Operations</p> <ul> <li> <p>Restock snacks, drinks, and coffee supplies throughout office breakrooms</p> </li><li> <p>Keep breakrooms tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked</p> </li><li> <p>Break down boxes and manage recycling and waste in breakroom areas</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room</p> </li><li> <p>Receive incoming packages, track inventory, and restock supplies as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Event & Hospitality Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with setup and teardown of catered lunches, Beer:30, breakfasts, and other onsite events</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure spaces are prepared, clean, and ready for team member gatherings</p> </li><li> <p>Provide friendly, helpful, and service-minded interactions with team members and visitors</p> </li></ul> <p>People Team Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner closely with the People Team to support daily office experience needs</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare for incoming new hires, including desk setup, assembling swag bags, scheduling calendar invitations, and setting up the orientation room</p> </li><li> <p>Jump in proactively when you see an opportunity to improve the employee experience</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a friendly, dependable resource for our team members throughout the day</p> </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds regularly</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the building for most of the shift</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist, and lift while stocking supplies, setting up events, and organizing storage areas</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks such as unloading deliveries, breaking down boxes, restocking shelves, and arranging furniture or event materials</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Positive, friendly, and servant-hearted approach to helping others</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative</p> </li><li> <p>Reliability and consistent attendance</p> </li><li> <p>Interest in hospitality, customer service, or People/HR is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with Employee Experience & People Operations</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to hospitality, events, and culture-building in a fast-paced tech environment</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working closely with a supportive, high-energy People Team</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities to learn how employee engagement programs are built and delivered</p> </li><li> <p>A chance to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day team member experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Company Benefits:</p> <p>Balancing the work-life flow is key to health and happiness!
