To learn more please visit www.vcm.com or follow Victory Capital on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</p> <p>General Summary and Purpose:</p> <p>Victory Capital Management is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President in our Boston office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of office-related tasks, including clerical functions, communications, and office management duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>You will report to the Strategic Operations Partner to CEO.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Arrange travel plans including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations. </li><li>Prepare expense reports and related documentation </li><li>Greet and assist internal / external customers ensuring they receive timely assistance and information. Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors and team members, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. </li><li>provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing correspondence </li><li>Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointment for team members. </li><li>Assist with the facilities function, including but not limited to coordination building/office access cards, equipment needs and maintenance </li><li>Manage office supply inventory, ordering items as needed </li><li>Provide administrative support and backup to other team members and assistants as required </li><li>Assist with additional duties which include but are not limited to; mail distribution; processing expense reports; handling routine requests; and assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed </li></ul> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated success in previous C-level support. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi task. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. </li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Office and other office software. </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits:</p> <p>Victory Capital Management offers excellent Medical, Dental, Vision plans, Flexible PTO, Family Medical and Disability Leaves, Education Tuition Reimbursement and a 401k plan with a generous employer match.</p> <p>Target Compensation:</p> <p>The target base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.</p> <p>Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.</p> <p>Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.</p> <p>Victory Capital Management's total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.</p> <p>We are committed to equal employment opportunity without regard to actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, pregnancy-related conditions, and lactation), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, genetic information, height, weight, hair texture or a hairstyle historically associated with race to include braids, locks, or twists; or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.</p>
