You will develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to facilitate permit approvals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in regulatory compliance, permitting procedures, and stakeholder communication to ensure project approvals are obtained efficiently and effectively.</p> <p>What You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Three or more years of professional experience in permitting transmission line and gas line projects, with a proven track record in road permits, railroad permits, conditional use permits, and CPCN. </li><li>Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent applications. </li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with regulatory agencies and stakeholders. </li><li>Skill in conflict resolution includes the ability to address differences of opinions or facts and use the most appropriate method to reach an effective solution. </li><li>Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work. </li><li>Experience with GIS, Microsoft Office Products and various databases. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are: WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in Transportation, Community Planning, Environmental, Energy, Municipal, and Construction services.
