<p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, ASTM, and customer quality requirements </li><li>Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documentation </li><li>Lead internal, process, and product audits; support customer and third-party audits </li><li>Analyze quality data, trends, NCRs, and CPARs to drive corrective and preventive actions </li><li>Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers to support continuous improvement initiatives </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and records </li><li>Conduct PFMEA/DFMEA, MSA, SPC, and process capability studies </li><li>Manage calibration programs, gauge R&R activities, and inspection equipment </li><li>Investigate nonconformances, validate corrective actions, and prevent recurrence </li><li>Develop inspection methods for receiving, in-process, and final inspections </li><li>Support training activities and maintain training records and matrices </li><li>Participate in Management of Change (MOC), risk assessments, and management reviews </li><li>Prepare quality metrics related to scrap, rework, and customer escapes </li><li>Comply with all safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE in manufacturing area </li><li>Up to 10% domestic travel may be required </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline </li><li>A minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality Systems </li><li>Must be located in Tulsa or the surrounding area </li><li>Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 standards </li><li>Experience with SPC, SQC, and core quality tools </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel </li><li>ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred </li><li>Manufacturing experience; fiberglass experience is a plus </li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and spend extended time in manufacturing areas </li></ul> <p>Veterans Welcome</p> <p>At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
