The client will offer a competitive salary and benefits package including fully paid medical, retirement plans, vacation days, summer Fridays off, etc. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Perform accounting, auditing, and tax assignments </li><li>Train staff on processes and perform job evaluations as needed </li><li>Senior Audit Staff will review and prepare tax returns and financial statements </li><li>Suggest client tax planning ideas </li><li>Participate in planning and scheduling client engagements </li><li>Conduct research and prepare memorandums </li><li>Senior Audit Staff will communicate with clients </li><li>Participate consulting and special projects as needed* Bachelor's degree in Accounting </li><li>CPA or on path for CPA is preferred </li><li>1+ years of current or recent CPA firm audit experience </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li></ul>
