<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Analyst in Kalamazoo, MI.</p> <p>Overview: We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of its Occupational Health workflows. This role is responsible for ensuring employer-based services, billing processes, confidentiality safeguards, and regulatory requirements are properly configured and maintained within the EHR environment. The Analyst will partner with clinical, revenue cycle, HIM, HR, and employer-facing stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient end-to-end workflows.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, configure, and support Occupational Health system components, including employer, client, and service records, visit types, charge routing, and billing workflows </li><li>Build and maintain scheduling logic, decision trees, registration guardrails, and documentation tools such as SmartSets, templates, and Express workflows </li><li>Configure confidentiality protections, including break-the-glass access, restricted employer visibility, sensitive screenings, and role-based security </li><li>Administer employer portal functionality, including user templates, security classes, reporting views, and controlled release of results and encounter data </li><li>Optimize workflows for employer-based services such as pre-employment exams, regulatory physicals, drug screening, respirator clearance, workers' compensation visits, and biometric screenings </li><li>Support required forms and regulatory documentation processes </li><li>Configure and maintain client billing structures, fee schedules, guarantor accounts, and workers' compensation integrations; Partner with Professional Billing to ensure compliant charge capture </li><li>Develop and maintain operational and audit reporting related to services, billing, employer access, and encounter volumes </li><li>Lead new client builds, service expansions, testing, training coordination, and go-live support* Bachelor's degree required </li><li>EpicCare Ambulatory certification (required) </li><li>2 years of Epic build experience in clinical or revenue cycle applications </li><li>Strong experience in HIM and Professional Billing (certifications preferred) </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in system configuration, security, and end-to-end workflow design </li><li>Ability to operate independently and provide consultative guidance </li><li>Occupational Health experience is a plus but not required </li></ul>
