<p>Position Description</p> <p>Supports the performance of entry-level production quality tasks.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monitors Bill of Materials (BOMs) and shortages along the production line </li><li>Organizes the daily quality packets; performs surveillance audits and updates production reports </li><li>Processes the quality alert and operator card change training logs </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Skills Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Good understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment </li><li>Mechanical aptitude </li><li>Ability to use hand tools, etc. </li><li>Ability to understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement </li><li>Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>High School diploma</p> <p>Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Pass the QA Manufacturing Support test </li><li>Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records </li><li>Advanced computer skills preferred </li><li>Ability to give attention to detail </li><li>Ability to perform root-cause analysis & analytical problem-solving </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Physical & Environmental Requirements</p> <p>May be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights.
