<p>Location: Willingboro, NJ or Downers Grove, IL</p> <p>Radwell International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of technology-related programs within our organization. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning projects with the strategic objectives of the business. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the Program Manager will play a key role in driving the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies across the organization - leading initiatives that leverage AI to improve business processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: May be modified from time to time. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. </li><li>Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, while ensuring integration across multiple projects. </li><li>Coordinate and track progress across multiple projects to ensure successful and timely completion. </li><li>Communicate regularly with executives, IT leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and ensure alignment. </li><li>Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the program lifecycle. </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with department heads, functional leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the program's success. </li><li>Coordinate resources, assignments, and dependencies across teams. </li><li>Motivate and support team members, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance. </li><li>Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact the program's success and develop mitigation strategies. </li><li>Ensure issues are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. </li><li>Monitor and report on program progress, KPIs, and key milestones to leadership. </li><li>Provide regular status updates, including budget and resource utilization. </li><li>Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in program management. </li><li>Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies for program delivery. </li><li>Lead AI-related initiatives, including evaluating potential AI technologies, coordinating pilot projects, and managing cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes. </li><li>Partner with data and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, accuracy, or customer experience. </li><li>Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of AI-driven tools and capabilities across the enterprise. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION:</p> <ul> <li>The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-140,000/ year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, for which employees contribute toward the premiums. The Company provides fully paid short- and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits offered through Unum, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on their first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company's 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on the start date and may be used immediately. Radwell recognizes six Company-paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of IT program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software development life cycles (SDLC). </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. </li><li>Demonstrated use of AI to maximize personal productivity </li><li>Experience driving AI initiatives and implementing AI-enabled solutions across business units. </li><li>Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and automation workflows. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations. </li><li>Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.). </li><li>Epicor Prophet 21 knowledge is a plus. </li><li>Netsuite knowledge is a plus. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Ability to make and keep commitments to the team </li><li>Ability to solve complex problems </li><li>Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). </li><li>5+ years of experience preferred as an IT Program Manager or in a similar role, ideally managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects with both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred. </li><li>eCommerce software development experience is a plus </li></ul>
