<p>Employment Date: 5/1/2025</p> <p>Term of Employment: Part-Time, Temporary</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Faculty Student Association of Tompkins Cortland Community College invites applicants for the position of Head Women's Fast Pitch Softball Coach. This is a part-time, 10-month position to be filled immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a highly competitive non-scholarship program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management and development of all aspects of the softball program including recruiting, fund-raising, conducting practice sessions and contests and maintaining compliance with all NJCAA Division III regulations. A demonstrated commitment to high academic standards as well as healthy lifestyles for student athletes is mandatory.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Applicants must have at least two years of softball coaching experience. This position has non-standard hours and requires the ability to travel with a substantial time commitment during the Spring. This position is subject to a criminal background check.</p> <p>Expected Hiring Salary Range:</p> <p>$3000.00</p> <p>Review of applicants to begin immediately and continue until position is filled.
