<p>Youth Housing Manager</p> <p>Salary Range $68,000 - $78,000 per year</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>Community Teamwork is a private non-profit organization located in Lowell MA. We leverage our programs, our partnerships, and our collective voice to foster equity, compassion, and community engagement by creating housing, education, and economic opportunities.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking Youth Housing Manager who will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of the departments Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing sites, rental assistance programs and temporary housing sites for homeless youth and young adult populations. This position provides supervision for both the Youth Individual and Family Housing Case Management teams. This position oversees scheduling of staff, communication across various departments to ensure the health and safety of program participants is being upheld.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop strategies to identify barriers and improve services </li><li>Directly supervise staff and day to day operations, including program budgets </li><li>Oversight and management of rental assistance programming in accordance with agency and grant requirements </li><li>Ensure appropriate staffing through assigning and evaluating staff work schedules </li><li>Work closely with the Leadership Team and case managers to provide appropriate supportive services to participants </li><li>Support staff through effective supervision, advocacy, and training </li><li>Ensure compliance with program standards, regulations, and rules </li><li>Assist with managing emergencies, including support of 24/7 on-call systems </li><li>Ensure effective and efficient communication with local, state and federal funders </li><li>Develop, implement, and uphold a supportive and inclusive climate within programming </li><li>Monitor data collection and reporting requirements of the agency and funders </li><li>Identify, develop and preserve partnership relationships with stakeholders </li><li>Uphold the values of CTI Equity, Integrity, Compassion </li></ul> <p>The duties listed above are representative of the work performed. Other related duties may be assigned.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School or equivalent education </li><li>3+ years of experience working in a human service related field </li><li>Demonstrated history of oversight of housing programs </li><li>Understanding case management functions and how they relate to a familys progress </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience managing budgets, tracking outcomes and reporting to funders </li><li>Previous experience supervising staff </li><li>Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software </li><li>Strong decision-making skills </li><li>Excellent crisis management skills </li><li>Ability to work effectively with and meet the needs of people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including underserved communities and people from the different racial groups, socioeconomic statuses, nationalities, and languages that make up CTIs clientele </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Experience working on EOHLC projects </li><li>Bilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Khmer, English/Portuguese) </li></ul> <p>Benefit Information</p> <p>At Community Teamwork, our employees enjoy best-in-class benefits to support their physical, financial and emotional wellness.
