This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-profile transactions and drive growth within a leading financial institution. As a Vice President, you will leverage your expertise to develop strong relationships with corporate and financial institution clients, working across a diverse range of products and transactions.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on private capital market deals. </li><li>Review and coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers to advance the marketing and execution process. </li><li>Refine marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact and engagement. </li><li>Oversee the creation of financial projection models tailored to private capital market transactions. </li><li>Identify and manage all risks associated with deals, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. </li><li>Liaise with internal and external parties, including lawyers, accountants, and counterparties, to facilitate successful transactions. </li><li>Lead client negotiations, Q&A processes, and management interviews, ensuring alignment with client objectives. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role, with a focus on private capital markets. </li><li>Proven experience in training and mentoring junior bankers. </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity. </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel modeling and valuation work. </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions. </li><li>Adaptability and the ability to manage projects independently, assuming a high level of responsibility as a team member. </li><li>Professional and mature interaction with clients, fostering strong relationships and trust. </li><li>Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today's environment. </li></ul>
