<p>ADP is hiring a Client Service & Product Support Consultant.</p> <p>Are you ready to join a company offering career advancement opportunities throughout your career journey?</p> <p>As a Client Services and Product Support Consultant you will:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by processing a variety of adjustments, including loan corrections, earnings calculations, and payroll reversals. </li><li>Perform detailed account reviews to identify and correct errors related to contributions, sources, and participant data. </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate updates to participant accounts in compliance with IRS regulations and plan rules. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex adjustment scenarios and deliver high-quality service to plan sponsors and participants. </li><li>Maintain documentation and audit trails for all adjustment activities to support regulatory and internal audit requirements. </li><li>Analyze patterns in adjustment requests to identify potential upstream process improvements and reduce future errors. </li><li>Maintains effective verbal and written communications with all parties. </li></ul> <p>TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS - or equivalent in education and experience preferred. </li><li>A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: </li><li>Experience noted above, OR </li><li>Military Experience.
