<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Project Manager position will provide project management and technical assistance to the technical colleges regarding the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) program. This position will be responsible for providing statewide leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, improvement and expansion of rural healthcare programs, including career pathways. The position will work closely with technical college healthcare deans, associate deans, career prep staff, and coordinate with System Office staff on program and curriculum development. This position will also manage the grant review process and evaluate grant proposals. The incumbent will provide technical expertise on allowable activities and consult with college staff on the implementation and improvement of grant-funded activities.</p> <p>To view the full Project Manager position description, please click here.</p> <p>The Compliance Manager position will ensure the technical colleges and System Office are meeting the grant reporting and audit requirements. The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program grant requires quarterly and annual progress reports on milestone implementation and metrics as well as confirmation of eligible expenditures. This position will be responsible for collecting and verifying all required data for the reports, compiling the reports and ensuring the information is sent to Department of Health Services (DHS) by the reporting period deadline. This position will also be responsible for pre-auditing financial transactions, documentation, and processes to ensure the technical colleges maintain compliance with eligible uses of funds and program-specific limitations.</p> <p>To view the full Compliance Manager position description, please click here.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>The classification of these positions is Program and Policy Analyst - Advanced which is in pay schedule/range 07-03. The starting pay for these positions will be between $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on qualifications. These positions are not represented by a collective bargaining unit. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the State Compensation Plan.</p> <p>The Project Manager position will be filled as a project/permanent position. A 12 month probationary period is required.</p> <p>The Compliance Manager position will be filled as a project/project position. A probationary period is not required.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>These positions have been authorized through March 29, 2030.</p> <p>WTCS does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the selected applicant being able to provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States.</p> <p>A criminal background check will be performed on the selected applicant prior to an offer of employment.</p> <p>Possession of a valid driver's license including personal automobile insurance, or the ability to provide one's own transportation for work purposes, is required.</p> <p>Travel is required for up to 20% of these positions' duties.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimally qualified candidates will have each of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with project management or program compliance (organizing and leading workgroups, developing and implementing programs, developing timetables and monitoring program/compliance for progress, etc.) </li><li>Experience overseeing budgets or reporting for grants or programs (reviewing program progress, identifying risks, resolving compliance or audit issues, etc.) </li><li>Experience researching and analyzing laws, rules and/or regulations </li></ul> <p>In addition, highly qualified candidates will have one or more of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working within health, human services or public grant programs </li><li>Experience developing or implementing grant policies, procedures or tools to improve compliance and consistency </li><li>Experience leading, facilitating or collaborating with a team of skilled professionals </li></ul> <p>It is critically important your application materials clearly describe your experience related to the stated criteria.
