There is no option for a remote/hybrid schedule.</p> <p>Operating Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Track candidate activity for the team through the Salesforce database and internal tracking tools </li><li>Conduct preliminary applicant screening conversations, and schedule interviews as appropriate with market and physician leaders </li><li>Prepare regular operating reports for operational leadership and understand the barriers to hiring for all positions </li><li>Hold hiring managers to service-level standards and efficient response times to candidates </li><li>Maintain web and subscription-based recruitment tools and ensure that they are up to date on industry trends </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with medical schools, professional associations, host and attend events to ensure a continuous pipeline of suitable employment candidates </li><li>Partner with our credentialling and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition to our company </li><li>Negotiate contracts and compensation packages that align with Revere Medical standards and fair market value </li><li>Partner with leadership to develop retention plans for new providers joining the team </li></ul> <p>Specialized Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of five years of experience in provider recruitment. Experience in a leadership role is preferred </li><li>Excellence in oral, written and presentation communication skills will be key to ensuring you achieve the objectives of this role </li><li>A working knowledge of immigration visas is a plus but not required </li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <ul> <li>Up to20% local and national travel is required for this role.
