The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting Ballator's leadership and staff across fourdivisions. This position provides high-level administrative and operational assistance, including calendarmanagement, travel coordination, presentation development, and expense reporting.To thrive in this role, you'll need to be detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and an effective communicator with a proactive mindset.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. </li><li>Manage departmental and executive travel logistics, including rewards. </li><li>Administer phone systems and monitor secure entry for visitors. </li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping; manage conference coordinate with delivery vendors. </li><li>Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on meetings and travel needs. </li><li>Create presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using. </li><li>Plan and coordinate internal and external events and company-wide meetings. </li><li>Draft and proofread written communications from dictation or handwritten. </li><li>Monitor, maintain, and reorder office and breakroom supplies. </li><li>Perform other duties as needed, depending on local office workflow. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>Required: High school diploma and 7 years related experience required. Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree and 2-3 years of experience supporting executives and office or an equivalent </li></ul> <p>combination of education and experience.</p> <ul> <li>Typing speed of 55-65 words per minute with high accuracy. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. </li><li>Professional demeanor, polished phone presence, and appearance. </li><li>Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems. </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. </li><li>Frequently able to lift/move up to 10 lbs.; occasionally up to 25 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Behaviors: Incumbents in this position possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>Compensation and benefits</p> <p>We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
